1. Once an item is purchased, it cannot be refunded, only exchanged.
2. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the item may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
3. Items sold on discounted prices & in sales are not returnable.
4. Merchandise that is used, worn or in unsellable condition will not be accepted for exchange.
5. A full delivery charge of Rs.250 – Rs.350, will be charged for exchanges as follows,

Colombo – Rs.250
Colombo Suburbs – Rs. 300
Outside Colombo – Rs.350
